We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Usage data: activity logs, karma points, and tribe membership you create inside the App.
• Device data: device type, operating system version, and crash reports used solely to diagnose bugs.
• Communications: any messages you send to our support team.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, or any data beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the KarmaTribe service.
• Authenticate your account and keep it secure.
• Send you transactional messages (account verification, password reset).
• Respond to support requests.
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to make better product decisions.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Sharing Your Information

Your data is shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Within your Tribe: activity logs and karma scores are visible to other members of your Tribe by design — that is the purpose of the service.
• Service providers: we use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, error tracking) under strict data processing agreements. They process data only as instructed by us.
• Legal obligations: we may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of KarmaTribe or its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.

KarmaTribe is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us so we can delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
