By downloading, installing, or using KarmaTribe (the "App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App or website.
KarmaTribe is a private points-tracking application that allows groups of people — families, flatmates, teams, or any crew — to log favors, track contributions, and manage karma points within their group ("Tribe"). The service is currently in pre-launch; features may change before and after release.
You must be at least 13 years old to use KarmaTribe. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at hello@karmatribe.app.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to KarmaTribe (activity names, tribe names, reward descriptions, etc.). By submitting content you grant KarmaTribe a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely to operate the service for you and your Tribe members.

All trademarks, logos, and brand elements displayed in KarmaTribe are the exclusive property of KarmaTribe or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without prior written permission.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KarmaTribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
